Winery
The Boscato Vinícola Industry was idealized by Clóvis Robert Boscato and its wife, Ines Gelain Boscato, both descendants of Italian immigrants, experts of the culture of the grape and the wine. Still adolescent, Clóvis already helped its father in a vinícola and, in 1972, enólogo technician for Federal the Agrotécnica School of Blessed Gonçalves formed itself, acting as responsible technician in diverse companies up to 1985. From this dedicated work and of the passion for the wine, Clóvis decided to establish its proper vinícola, together with its brother, Valmor Boscato João, who acted in grape growing.
Vineyards
For the elaboration of good wines it is indispensable, first, that the grape presents noble characteristics, as excellent index of maturation. The Boscato Fine Wines reaches this quality through the culture of grapes with selected changes, lead for conduction systems lyra and espalier, allies to a previous planning of the areas. So that the quality presented in the grapevine if does not lose, the process of elaboration of the grape in wine follows international standards. The rigorosidade exerted for the vinícola in this process guarantees the excellency of the end item.
Wine Making
Art, tradition and technology ripen the quality wine. The Boscato has its proposal total come back to the quality and crosses borders presenting what it has better of in the vitivinicultura gaucho. With capacity for elaboration of 400 a thousand liters per year, the winery uses the most modern techniques of vinification and storage in you dig special.
